Phase 1 Measurement and the Road to Phase 2
Hello, this is Haruta Watanabe.
While I usually develop mobile apps and websites, I have now completed the 52nd week of my studies with a view towards a career as a software engineer and data scientist. This week was a fulfilling one where both my research and practical work moved forward, including ongoing accuracy measurements for Phase 1 of my research and a complete renewal of the website at my part-time job.
Week 52 Reflection
This week, continuing from last week, I proceeded with my studies along the following two axes:
- Measurement for the Public Release of Bot Detection and Rejection In preparation for the Phase 2 implementation, I publicly released Phase 1 to actually measure the accuracy of bot detection and rejection on the internet. Going forward, I will improve the accuracy based on the measurement results. Since I still need more measurement data, I will continue conducting measurements to further improve accuracy. I would greatly appreciate it if you could cooperate with the measurement! Measurement Page
- Engineering I was in charge of renewing the website at my part-time job. In addition to refreshing the design, I implemented SEO measures and performance improvements, making the site much more user-friendly. Going forward, I will continue to maintain an improvement mindset focused on user convenience.
Week 53 Goals
In week 53, I will continue to focus on solidifying the foundational knowledge that is crucial for my research.
- Phase 2 Implementation I will research the second phase of my study and proceed with implementation based on the ideas I have been refining.
Going Forward
I will continue to post a summary of my previous week’s reflection and my goals for the current week every Monday.
Thank you for your continued support.
