The Start of a New Semester and Learning Management
Hello, this is Haruta Watanabe.
First, I apologize for the delay in this post.
While I usually develop mobile apps and websites, I have now completed the 25th week of my studies with a view towards a career as a software engineer and data scientist. This week was an important one as the new university semester began, prompting me to review my daily rhythm and learning plan.
Week 25 Reflection
This week, I continued to prioritize algorithm studies while progressing with English studies in parallel.
Also, university classes finally resumed this week. With the start of new academic courses, it became an opportunity for me to think deeply again about time allocation and learning management—specifically, how to balance university academics and engineering self-study at a high level. I will be implementing strategies to make the most of my limited time.
Week 26 Goals
In week 26, while continuing to solidify my computer science foundation, I will work on elevating my English to a more practical skill level.
- Continued Study of Algorithms and Data Structures I will continue to deepen my understanding of both fields, which are at the core of efficient program design.
- Focus on Practical English Learning (Listening & Speaking) Aiming for English proficiency that can be used in actual communication rather than just for input, I will focus on listening and speaking training.
Going Forward
I will continue to post a summary of my previous week’s reflection and my goals for the current week every Monday.
Thank you for your continued support.
